Listings & Operations Manager

With a background in the food and beverage industry, Timothy brings his expertise of quality ingredients and culinary know-how as Listings and Operations Manager. He has previously worked as Senior Editor across several organizations, and understands the importance of clear communication to deliver a message. Combining his background, Timothy oversees the Directory team, the Real Food Promptuary, and works with partnering organizations to ensure that our information is as up-to-date as possible.

Timothy is a chef by trade, traveler by heart, and writer by passion. Aside from writing, Tim’s other passions (vices?) are food and adventure. He regularly travels to Asia to sample the different food offerings across the continent.
